Can I change my articles?

Yes, you have 2 options: In our stores, you can change it: FOR SIZE OR COLOR, as long as it is the same amount, without the need for any additional payment. FOR ANOTHER DIFFERENT ITEM, paying the difference if the desired item is of a higher amount or if it is lower, the difference will be paid by means of a voucher. From home, if you request a return and make a new purchase online.

What is the deadline to make the change?

The deadline for any change is 15 days from the shipping confirmation email.

Can I exchange my items at any Heymo store?

Yes, as long as you present the purchase receipt and its corresponding packaging

How do I return an article?

The easiest way to return an item is at one of our Heymo stores. The items must be in perfect condition and have the corresponding labels and packaging and their corresponding ticket, either on your electronic or printed device. If you can't go to the store, you can request a home pick-up (only suitable for orders made with home delivery). After verifying all the data, we will send a carrier to pick up your package in the next 24-48 hours (working days) in the case of Spain, in the rest of the countries the return shipping costs will always be paid by the customer. To process a return you have to do it through your user at www.calzaheymo.es in "ORDER HISTORY AND MAKING RETURNS, or you can send us an email to info@calzaheymo.es indicating: order number, personal data, reference of the item(s) to be returned, quantity and reason for the return. You can also call 971 507 501 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. Remember that the items to be returned must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging

What is the deadline to make a return?

How should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

By contacting our customer service department on 971 507 501, we will solve the problem as soon as possible. (Only one collection can be requested for each order) Calzaheymo.es reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
